振り分けカメラ（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを最優先します。

• 写真・動画の保存先：本アプリで撮影した写真・動画は、利用者の端末の「写真」App（写真ライブラリ）に保存されます。本アプリは独自の写真ライブラリやサーバーを持たず、撮影物を外部へ送信しません。本アプリを削除しても、写真Appのアルバムと写真・動画は残ります。
• 写真ライブラリへのアクセス：撮影物を選んだアルバムへ保存・整理し、直近の撮影を確認・共有・削除し、既存アルバムを取り込むためにアクセスします。これらの目的以外には使用しません。
• トラッキングなし：利用者を追跡せず、第三者の解析・広告SDKを使用しません（クラッシュ計測を除く）。
• 位置情報：既定では撮影した写真・動画に位置情報（GPS / EXIF）を付与しません。設定で「位置情報を写真に付与」をオンにした場合のみ、撮影時の現在地を写真・動画に記録します。オンにしたときだけ位置情報の許可を求め、位置の履歴を保存したり外部へ送信することはありません。
• 課金：買い切りの「Pro」はApple のApp内課金で処理され、購入情報はAppleが管理します。本アプリは課金に関する個人情報を収集・送信しません。
• データの第三者提供：行いません。

folderCamera ("the App") puts your privacy first.

• Where media is stored: Photos and videos you capture are saved to your device's Photos library. The App keeps no separate library or server and does not transmit your media off-device. Your albums, photos, and videos remain even if you delete the App.
• Photo library access: Used only to save/organize captures into the album you choose, to view/share/delete recent captures, and to import existing albums. Nothing else.
• No tracking: No user tracking, no third-party analytics or ad SDKs (crash reporting excepted).
• Location: Off by default. Only when you turn on “Add Location to Photos” in Settings is your current location recorded in the photos and videos you capture. Location permission is requested only then; no location history is stored and nothing is sent off your device.
• Purchases: The one-time "Pro" purchase is handled by Apple's In-App Purchase; purchase data is managed by Apple. The App does not collect or transmit purchase-related personal data.
• No sharing with third parties.
